The Suit

I don't think I ever posted about the suit when I bought it. Banana Republic was having a sale so I thought I would see what kind of suits they had. This one seemed perfect and a decent price, I figured if he didn't like it we could always return it, but he did like it! I was worried about finding something simple and modern, all department stores seemed to have old man suits with pleats, not what we were looking for.

Not sure what the groomsmen will be wearing yet, perhaps we will just give the instruction of grey suit, grey tie, and that will suffice. We don't want them to have to blow a ton of money on a suit they may not get much use out of.

He is going to look so handsome! BTW I realize the tie and shirt are not done correctly.

For the Boy

This week they are having a big sale at Carson's, I met my guy for lunch and we checked out the suit section to see what was going on. They had some great suits, most $100 or more off the original price and you can get an additional 20% off by donating an item to Goodwill, but there was nothing we really loved. I admit I got a little tear in my eye seeing him in a suit, so handsome, but is it bad luck to see the suit? Or does that only pertain to the bride?

Did you have a hand in picking out the suit/tux for your guy? Did you see him in it beforehand?
