Barrington Flower Shop is good, but full disclosure, my uncle owns it. Sooooo yeah support my family's business!
I've heard great things about the Ashland Addison florist over by the brown line addison stop. Just FYI, no relation. Good luck!
My Type A, cheap friend used Flowers with Feeling for her Michigan Ave wedding flowers and they were the most BEAUTIFUL flowers that I have ever seen. I referred another friend to them and her flowers were equally as stunning. She had four bridesmaids, her bouquet, various bouts, and 25 tables and her florist bill was only about $2100 back in 2006. I would DEFINITELY be using them if I wasn't getting married in a flower shop.
We are using Vale of Enna. The owner sells the flowers wholesale and just charges a percentage for the design element. Definitely work checking out!
Gina from GnGDesigns. Heard about her through raves on The Knot boards. She's truly amazing. And super budget friendly.
Asrai Garden on North Ave. I am using them for my wedding next year and her flowers are beautiful and it is a really cute shop!
