So things were almost going TOO well weren't they. We went to visit our reception and ceremony sites yesterday and I knew that our church was damaged several months ago when we had heavy rain but I had no clue how much is still being repaired. Ah well, what can you do really, we won't get any amazing floor to ceiling shots like this but maybe we can Photoshop ourselves in later!

Oh no! That stinks! I am so sorry to hear that. Does it smell at all?
Just think that if this is the worst thing that happens, you will have a spectacular wedding day! That's what I told myself in the few months leading up to the wedding when lots of straight-up bad and just pain in the a*s things were happening.
I'm really sorry. It's still going to be so lovely!
It does suck, but at least they will have a little extra money from our wedding to fix the issues of a building we love!
