I think we found a winner for the tie fabric. It isn't a complete match but it seems like it will work really well. Please excuse my poor Photoshop skills...
Grey suits and white shirt for the guys. We found a seller on Etsy who will make custom ties, more on that later.
The fabric is from Premier Fabrics, they have a great selection. I think this pattern would also make an amazing runner as it is a thicker upholstery weight.
